using ver32 5.0 how do i get the tempo to gradually slow down. i tried it using the record button but i cant get it precise enough. i need to type it in somewhere. but how? thanks
The only way that I'd figured out how to do this is to use the list version of the master track, and put in que's every quarter or eighth note with a fraction of the tempo change... i.e. If we wanted to change from 130 bpm to 120 bpm in a 4 count measure, you could make beat 1 = 128, beat 2 = 126, beat 3 = 124, beat 4 = 122, and beat 1 of the next bar = 120. Granted, it's a lot of work, but it's precise.
I wish I knew of a way to "draw in" a decelerando into the graphic master track, but I haven't figured it out. And I'm sure you're familiar with the Cubase doumentation - clear as mud sometimes...
If anyone knows of a better way to do this, I certainly would enjoy the input!!
