Okay guys... i have 500 - 600 bucks. I have a crappy fostex dmt-8 (1/4" inputs and low end mic pre's [2]... can store a whopping 12 minutes of music)... i can sell the fostex and hopefully get 400 for it. What should i get? I'm definitely willing to go 'used' on everything so that's not an issue at all... just give me some insight on what you would do w/ about 500 - 900 bucks (this is considering i can sell the fostex)... i can be less vague if need be... post post post.....
