I don't know too much about acoustic recording, sounds good to me... but I think the vocals could fit better. Did you record the acoustic and vocals at the same time? Otherwise...
Try EQing down some of the midrange in the vocals to remove some of the muddyness and room sound, or maybe for the entire mix too. Raise the vocals best frequency a bit, then lower that same frequency on the acoustic for a little more clarity.
