Telecaster bridge saddle motion

to any of you Telecaster players ;

do your bridge saddles move when you do bends ?

I have the 6-saddle type

Is it a natural part of the Tele experience? If not, how do you keep yours stable and by what means. And, what is the potential harm if mine are moving like this
