Hi all,

New here, mainly to get some information.

I am preparing to sell my father's Teac X-2000R reel to reel. Shortly after he purchased it new, his health began to decline. It is in mint condition with very light usage and cosmetically and mechanically excellent.

Any ideas what it might be worth and where best to sell it?

It looks like on ebay they go for anywhere from 300 to 600 bucks.

If you sell it this way make sure and have a pro pack it for shipping or find out the correct way to pack it. atleast two boxs with lots of cushion.

UPS will do their best to destroy it in shipping so make sure it is packed right.
I learned the hard way!
