Do any of you have the teac me-120 microphone?
I am trying to find out if it always needs a Battery to work or will it work with phantom power?

Thanks

I've got two PE-80's and they do require the batteries to operate. They won't take phantom powering.

uhh..yeah as far as I know a 9v is 9v and phantom is 48v so you'll probably fry the sucka. but you might be able to rig a power supply wall wart kind of deal.

UPS still owes you that money eh?? lol

Phantom Power Teac ME-120

It is possible to phantom power the teac ME-120 or ME-80.

Additionally the circuit that I have used leaves the switch settings active to select a rolled off vocal patern or the flatter Music setting.
