Does anyone have experience with this new discount TC Electronics effects box M300? Does anyone have experience with other lower priced TC Electronics Effects boxes?
Thank you, ES

Yes, I have this box, although it's new to me. Balanced analog outputs are nice, not available on Lexicon MPX-200. Reverb algorithms are lovely, especially ambience, which is excellent for dry tracks. It gives you enough 'verb so you don't puke listening to guide tracks, but not enough to piss off the remix engineer. What decided me was simple, and you can do it too. Go to your favorite audio store and audition the thing next to the Lexicon. Of course, everybody wants their own sound, but I found the 'verbs very compareable. The M300 is $50.00 less, but that isn't it. What is- read both user's manuals. The M300 is straight forward, user friendly, intuitive, simple. The Lexicon manual is like reading the instructions for punching on a VS2480. My head hurt so much afterwards I bought the M300, and haven't regretted it a bit.- Richie
