Tascam US-428

I just got one of these I have no idea how to get it to work with Sonar XL 2.0 People on these boards talk about some Tascam control panel. It does not seem as though I have one of these. Can anyone explain to me how to get this to work?

Go here and follow the instructions. Once it's installed correctly, there will be a us428 console in your control panel. I don't use sonar, but I'm sure it's standard setup for audio, midi, and control features from there.
