Tascam US-428 Problem

I recently purchased a US-428 and have never been able to get any sound out of it. My concern is that since it is a used unit, does it work or have I not got something set up correctly. I know I am getting an input in but I don't have any output to monitor with. Help

Yes it was hooked to an amp with speakers but I have solved the problem. I completely deleted all the software and drivers and then re-loaded everything and it all worked. I don't know what the problem was but it's corrected now. I do have a bad noise problem when I'm hooked up to the amp I'll post that in a new thread. Thanks

Hey, you may have a problem that can be solved with a "Hotfix" download, or maybe a "Service Pack" download. What OS are you using?
Do you get noise when you use headphones also?
