Tascam Us-428 parts

I Have a Tascam US-428 Recently one of the faders quit working and was wondering if anyone knew of a place that would sell parts for these units. Ive Tried calling Tascam
they will be backordered until November.

Did you buy it on Ebay from a guy in California? I bought one that had one bad fader when it arrived. I sent it back and got a refund. My current US-428 is in mint condition, so no chance of parting it out.

Is it easy to swap out the faders once you get a new one?

If they're on back order from Tascam, any vendor that carries them probably won't have them until November either.
