Hi.
I just bought a new interface, a TASCAM US-144 ... and I downloaded CUBASE and everything and then realized that is does not record a stereo sound unless I have two mics. I only have one mic, plus I can not return the product because I downloaded CUBASE already. Obviously, I have to make use of this product.
My question is ...
how do I set cubase up so that I can record mono???
I think it has to do with the device setup ...
This is the first time I have ever even opened up cubase, so I don't even know which template to click when I want to start a new project.
I usually click 4 stereo/8 mono ...
I try to record using those mono tracks, but there's no sound.
Thanks!
