Tascam Portastudio 424 MKII wiring diagram

Hi everyone

I am looking for a wiring diagram or service manual for the Tascam Portastudio 424 MKII, this is the 2nd unit I buy of ebay that doesn't work upon arrival so any help is very very welcome.

First one I bought was the original, previous model so any info on that is also welcome

Have you tried to clean and demagnetize the heads?..
