TASCAM M-30 Help!!

The signal on the 4th channell of my Tascam M-30 mixer seems to be fading in and out Can anyone help? I know the problem is not the reel to reel. Trying to mix this recording and get it mailed off by June 4th. Please help![/B]

Try wiggling it a bit by the ASSIGN buttons/section.

I had a problem with CH.3 on my M30, that was a loose connection of some sort, but wedging the ASSIGN buttons with a toothpick helped. (Probably a cold solder joint).

That's all I know, 'cept to suggest looking for loose connections & cold solder joints on the connectors, boards & components.
