tascam m-1508 mixer insert effects jacks?

Does anybody out there know if the Tascam M-1508 mixer has insert effects send/receive jack(s) for each of its eight input channels? I'm still looking for the "best" mixer for my purposes, and that I'd inquire. Thanks.
