Tascam DR100 Question

Hi. I purchased a Tascam DR100 earlier this year and have only used it on one shoot. Since then, I have had trouble hearing playback, in fact, I have never been able to hear playback on the unit. I have the Speaker option turned on and the volume control is up. Is there anything else I may be doing wrong? Frustrated.

Are you sure you recorded sound?

Recording levels were moving and the built in mics were activated. So, yes, I'm pretty sure I was recording sound.

Have you tried headphones to see if its just a speaker problem?
