TAscam DP-02

Hi,

Hoping that someone with experience with this machine could recommend which CD/CD+R/CD-R I should use for the Tascam DP-02 Portastudio. I would like a CD that sounds good but it is more important to methat I get a CD that can be played in a wide variety of CD players.

I thought I saw this in the Analog Only forum earlier. Oh well. Pretty much any name brand CD nowadays should be cross-compatible with any player, provided the method of burning and the material on it is compatible. I've had good luck with Maxell, Memorex, Sony, and Verbatim disks. I've got some that are over the supposed 10 year "deterioration" mark that are still fine. Keep them out of the sun is the main thing.

Go grab a spindle of something and go to town.;)
