after align reproduce frequency response with MRL,1khz is 0db,50hz is +2db,100hz is -2db,i think is ok,
but when i check record frequency response,record 50hz signal at 0db then reproduce is 5db!
i can adjust it to +2db,but it will upset the reproduce frequency response adjustments because they use same knob.
i use ampex 407
