Stay away...stay far, far away...overpriced and non 'B' model. Bad idea unless you've got some affinity for original issue "flamingo" 85-16's AFAIK.

Would the parts be cross-compatible with the B-series? Could someone really hardcore build their own capstan servo? Would it work better if it was externally controlled by a Lynx or something?
