Hello there!
I tried to connect my tascam 48 xlr outputs with the TRS connectors of my mixer today. Unfortunately weird things were happening then:
The needles of the vu-meters raised, the more cables i pluged in.
The sound was getting worse also.
I guess it has something to do with the different impedances of the gears but i don't know how to fix this! A reamp box?! probably not..
If i connect the cinch-outputs with the trs-inputs of the mixer everything is allright but unfortunately one channel is broken. And if i then connect only the one xlr-output instead of the broken cinch-output with the mixer it comes to phase shift.
horrible..
I hope someone can help me!
