Hi,

I want to digitise my library of hundreds of recordings done on my 424, so i'm contemplating buying a new 4 track with 4 outputs so I can dump them in one go, or finding out how to mod the 424 for mulitple outputs, which may not be possible.

Any hints? Different 4 track options with multiple outs?

Thanks

If your gonna buy, get a Tascam Syn-Casette.It has outputs on each channel.

424 mkII Used. You wont find any new ones that will have that option.
Im not sure if the 424 MKIII has 4 outs or not but it might

Thanks guys, I think i'm going to go the 246 or the syncassette. Does the 246 have the same hi tape speed as the 424?

I've bought a 246 but still don't know if it runs as high tape speeds as the 424... Hmmm.

Yeah, I think i'll have to check out the III, thanx.

Yes
