Those are electronically operated . Soft touch switches connect through a multipin cable assembly to a control / gateway PCB . I think theyre onto relays.
If youre savvy enough for tech repair , there are service manuals out there.
I know of one GOOD service guy in the Chicago area and one in British Columbia . Possibly Texas too
