goes through normal boot procedures till it gets to loading the song. It then displays an error message that reads "there was error loading the data, press no/exit to begin auto repair program. However its frozen on this, the no/exit button does nothing and neither does any other button except the power switch. Anyone ever encountered an issue like this and or know of a solution without having to reset to factory settings and thus losing all my data? Much gratitude for any help I can get.
