I want to export all the tracks from my 2488 into a computer mixing program. Do I have to export each track as a separate WAV file and then import them separately into my computer program?

If I understand your question, then the answer is YES. You need to have each individual wave file for each channel if you want to be able to mix the track in the DAW. If you don't need complete control, you might do something like mix the drum tracks, or maybe do a "backing track" mix without the vocals, etc. IT all depends on what you want to accomplish.
