The Tascam M-308 lacks 2 things - phantom power, and TALKBACK!!!
I thought this would work to solve the talkback problem -- and it probably will, but what are your thoughts?
Get a headphone amp with a seperate aux input on each channel (like the Behringer Powerplay). Run a knoc-around mic, into a knock-around mic pre, and into the aux of the headphone amp, and hit the aux-on button to talk to your guys. (?)
That's the least-invasive way I could think of doing it. Any other suggestions? Maybe more practical?
