I have a lot of trouble trying to get the piano to sound realistic. Most likely it is my playing technique, but somehow the timbe doesn't sound right. It sounds too mechanical. Any comments or advice welcomed!

Honestly, the piano doesn't sound bad to me at all. If anything I guess the note attacks are a little too similar... If you can increase the sensitivity of the keys, it might help. Do you have weighted-action keys?
