That's definitely what I'm saying! Comparing T-Racks to even the UAD-1 or Waves plugs just isn't a fair comparison.
Voxengo has nice stuff for the price too, but you'd still end up spending twice as much to get the same compressor, eq, limiter and spectral adjustment options.
It's great if you want your enire mix to sound like the guitar on "Reeling in the Years" The Neil Young preset "Hey Hey My My" is even better when you need that extra nudge of distortion and mud.
If money is an issue, the Voxengo stuff helps because you can buy one piece at a time. I've checked out the T-Racks demo; I think you'd be happier with Voxengo Curve EQ and Soniformer. Alexi, the guy who runs Voxengo, is really helpful and will answer in questions right away. The product is very good and the customer service is outstanding.
