System Audio Routing

I am looking for software that allows me to send my system audio through the various outputs on my audio interface.
I can do this in my DAW by adding a send on the master bus so that I can send the audio to my other set of speakers through the 3rd and 4th outputs but I can't find software that allows me to do this system wide.
I have tried software such as VoiceMeter Banana but it only allows output to the main 2 outputs.

What audio interface? Doesn't it have its own software for routing?

Well that might be your problem. The Behringer U-Phoria UMC202HD only has one set of outputs!

Im sorry thats supposed to be 404 not 202 haha. the 404 has 2 outputs for your main monitors in bot XLR and TRS and then 4 more outputs in TRS form.
 
The correct drivers for the until should then show the 4 outputs in your DAW to select.
