syncronizing two MS16s

I want to syncronize two MS16s. What hardware and software options exist for this purpose? One of the machines is in use now and the other was recently purchased. Advisement as to sources for necessary information would be appreciated. I'd like to slave them to my PC or vice verse.

There exist no software options.

What you do is record SMPTE code on one track of each tape, and then you have a peice of hardware that tells one of the TASCAMS how to keep track with the other.
You also need equipment that translates the SMPTE code to MTC, and you need your PC software to be able to keep track with the MTC code.

What this equimpent is called and costs I don't know. Try talking to TASCAM.
