sync tracks from SDR24/96 to PC

I can't remember if it was a SDR, MDR or a HDR. But I don't think that matters. We were recording all the tracks on the Mackie, but since we wanted to mix it at home, we exported all tracks via USB to the PC. We are using SONAR and Cubase.
How do we sync the tracks in our PC? There is a project file for every song, I don't know if that helps.

Just make a project in Sonar and open each .wav one at a time. Since they all start at the same time, if you line up the very beginning of each file, they'll sync.
 
But they don't start at the same time. They start at diffrent times.
 
Unless you can drag them into allignment then, you're screwed.
