SX audio frustration

I am new to SX and trying to get it somewhat working.

My big frustration is Audio. I will take a normal audio file, import it, and nothing will play. The level readers will jump with the sound of the loop, though nothing will acxtually play. I try acid, and the sound comes out fine there. Are there any troubleshooting tips that I could use to help fix this problem?

Start with the "Getting Started" manual that came with it............

Try going to the device settings...then to mulitrack....check your asio driver make sure its in duplex
