Switching Phantom Power Supply = Noise?

If I understand this correctly, a condenser mic (at least most of them, I think) will need phantom power. I saw this power supplies that are the switching kind (not entirely sure what they are; I know the swithching will introduce noise) that work at 100kHz. This frequency is well beyond the audible range, and they claim because of that it won't introduce noise. However, I am not completely convinced that this is entirely accurate and that the switching won't introduce noise which will eventually end up in the recording. Does anyone know if this will happen? Why? Why not?
