Surround Panning In Cubase SX

I'm just wondering if anyone else has experimented with this. I read about it the other day in regards to 2.0 and found out how to do it on my version (1.5 or something).

I'm really loving it at the moment. I'm working on a track right now for some friends with three acoustic guitars playing similar parts, and I couldn't get the separation I wanted until I discovered this feature. Any other thoughts on this? Maybe I'm just the last person to know...

steinberg's surround support far exceeds pro tools in my opinion... it's easier to add surround panning into an existing session in cubase & nintendo *ahem* uh,.. nuendo..

if you're going for true surround sound.. you need to get some kind of bass management system for yourself and a good midi surround panner (hard to find tho.. all the ones that i've found so far zipper like crazy)
