It looks like a landscape video that was transferred to portrait mode on a phone and reposted in landscape on Youtube.
Personally, I can't stand the vertical videos that are made with phones. Turn the stinking phone on it's side and get a much better shot. People send videos to TV stations and you get this stupid half shot with pixelated junk on 2/3 of your screen.

Hi, thanks for checking out the video. I’m still learning how to create those square/vertical videos especially for YouTube shorts. I hope to fix this next time!
