I am thinking of upgrading my monitors from the alesis m1 mkII's
to do some serious recording and possibly mastering, all comments about room acoustics and "what you hear is different from what I hear" aside, what do you guys suggest? Try and keep the budget under $1500 please. Active or passive, dosn't matter, what has a good rep right now? Throw in an amplifier too if you feel like it!
