Sub bass question.

Hi guys, hope you are doing well. As a house producer. Most of my tracks are based on Sub bass, which I struggle to get it right. Can you please, have a listen and tell me how to get a better quality sub bass. I appreciate that.

A lot of the regulars here aren't that familiar with EDM or its associated jargon. What does "based on sub bass" mean in this context? Your songs have a lot of frequencies below 20 Hz? Or is it a different (actually audible) range? A specific synth?
