Stupid Sonar 3 Question

Every time I try to pause the program with either the stop or the play button, the now time automatically goes back to 0 or wherever the green marker is. How do I get the damn thing to simply pause where I ask it. It came like this out of the box.
 
Read the manual... ;)

Go to Options -> Global -> General, and uncheck this box (at the bottom): "On Stop, Rewind to Now Marker".
