Stupid idea?

I didn't want to spend a lot on acoustic treatment,
so I went to Lowe's and bought a lot of hooks. I then
installed the hooks into the ceiling. I then hung bedspreads
from the hooks forming almost a complete circle in the center of
the room with ample room to play guitar or vocals.

Is this a good idea?

What problems am I going to run into doing this?

What kind of acoustic problems will I have?

How does it sound to you? Have you tried recording in there? Whether or not it's a good idea is your call. If it suits your needs then it's great

Blankets and comforters can solve some problems, but their major advantage is that its removable - good for dual-purpose rooms. Have done this myself
