Studioware design?

Anybody ever created a studioware-panel?

I've just got V-Amp 2 and I haven't found a studioware-panel to it on the net, so I thought I would create my own. Is there any web-pages that explain how it works in easy words?

There's a guy in the Tascam 428 forum, Doctordale.
He's really knowledgable in this area. He made the 428 studioware panel for ProAudio 9.

I'm sure if you contacted him, he'd more than happy to help.
It looks likes he's still there, he posted recently.

i am trying to create panels for my Electric Filter Factory, and my Lexicon MPX-555.

There should be a "Complete Guide to Studioware design", but I can't find anything usefull...

I made a studioware panel to play around with the VSC. The panels are not hardware dependant, as long as the CC's are the same (usually are standard).

But you'll have to help me here:
I don't see the point of making a Studioware-panel for something that's already on-screen... Is it that much simplier to use?

I did it mainly to controll certain functions that can only be done by means of Sysx, e.g. re-route more than 1 MIDI channel to one VSC part or change reverb type during playback. The other buttons like reverb etc is just to comlete it.
