studio32 vs. eurorack32

these two machines are almost identical except the behringer is $200 more, has 4 EQs(2 sweep mids), built in meters, and built in FX processor... 4 EQs sounds mighty tasty, but so does an extra $200 towards the NT-1. which to choose?

I say the Alesis with the extra 200 for an Oktava MC319 only from The Sound Room. www.oktava.com It smokes the NT-1.
