have waves plugin and everything..does anyone know some great clear studio settings.. or d pryde or m.i.h. i have the same mic and everything. also the eqs n panning if possible :D thanks alot in advanced

Are you referring the EQ and Panning settings? It varies with application and there is no standard EQ/panning treatment for all recorded instruments. For example voice is EQ and panned differently from drums, etc. You need to read more about mixing and the use of EQ, panning..There are a lot of quality resources you can find.
