does those studio programs that u buy for 70 dollars that go to your computer actully do the same trick as the hudge recordcompanys studio do, also when u plug your amp in the computer do u mic it or use wires thru the send output?

No.... not without engineering skills.

It depends.... personally, I find mic'ing is preferable, but all depends on what you're trying to do.
