Hello,

I'm trying to build my own studio instead of renting time in a recording studio. Can anyone tell me where I can get a list of all the equipment I'll need to get my studio up and running?

Thanks,
Nic

Hey Bruce,

Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it. Now all I got to do is get all that and set it up.

LOL, :D way to go Bruce, that should be too hard to set up...

is the studio somehow related to you?? ;)
I wish!!! I LOVE that control room and studio layout!

You are evil, bruce...

That really is a nice studio... A Steinway Grand... Aaaaaah. Drool.

Kiddie, if you gonna set that up, I'll help you sort things out if I can 'borrow' the grand? :p

Will the equipment that was listed above work in a home studio or is it used for some place with more space available?

I think Mr bear is just playing with you.... how much do you intend to spend on your studio?

I could make it work at my house!
"Honey, I'm sorry, but all our furniture has to go to make room for this Neve board and the Studer 24 track!" :)
Good luck with your endeavor!

That is a sweet setup.

Cinfull- Do you have any idea what your getting into here?

I don't know too much about the recording equipment I'll need. I'm wanting equipment I can use to record vocals, and music with in a home studio type layout. I appreciate any helpful ideas ya'll can give me.
