Studio Downsizing---Here's what's left!!!

Downsizing from commercial to project studio, and have lots of gear for sale.
All gear is in absolute mint condition, 99% with original boxes and all manuals, etc. Prices are approximately 50% of what I paid new, which was usually another 5% off of best price, so there are some very good deals here.
You pay shipping...I am in the Ottawa, Ont. area, and can arrange for delivery if you are local, or you can pick up at the studio.

All prices are in Canadian $...

Thanks for looking, and Bruce at BlueBearSound can verify condition of equipment, as well as my character (I think!)...he did pick up some nice pieces last week!!!

I can definitely attest to Bob's character -- great guy... and the gear - hell, he's more anal about it than I am! It's in amazing shape - he's not kidding when he says "mint."

Hope everybody who has emailed is patient....I'm having problems with the email account I've had this sent to, can only access from home and it's acting up...that combined with the fact I'm trying to sell as much as I can locally, to avoid shipping hassles....not to say I won't ship, it's just easier to have this stuff picked up (or arrangements made that I can drop it off) not to mention some people are having problems paying in Canadian $....again, I'll take U.S. currency, just that there are issues with the exchange rate (fluctuates daily) combined with the fact that my bank (all banks actually) charge a % fee for "buying" the money from me (in effect, exchanging it to Canadian for me)....if interested, keep emailing or posting, I will get back to you!!!

A couple of hours ago I said to Blue Bear that I hoped I hadn't scared you off :D . I am quite serious about the cymbals and the Remo pad setup provided you are able to handle the packaging, etc. Judging by your last post I don't know whether you have received all my emails.

No problems that I know of with your emails, it started acting up last night, not sure if I've lost anything or not...........I am still trying to work out the logistics of your request, as well as deal with someone who has inquired about taking my whole acoustic kit, cymbals, hardware and all (killer deal in my opinion--- $1400.00 Canadian) so please hang in....I'm not in a real hurry to finalize any deals (financially anyway)....just that I've got zero experience with shipping, and have been taken aback (slightly) at the response I've received from my little "for sale" email...thanks again to Bruce "BlueBear" for
all the support in this and,on a side note, the RNC was sold this morning...guy picked it up in person from me, no problem with the price :) ...also the Ensoniq DP2 is gone, Roland R8MKII....someone has spoken for all of my Mogami and Canare XLRF and XLRM to TRS cables, but I'm holding out for one buyer to take all cables for $300.00 Canadian (hopefully locally, snakes weigh a ton...about 15 or more) ...email me for a complete list, or I can post it here if I get enough of a response.

It was the hihats that initially piqued my interest as I haven't been able to get them over here, (the Aust., distributor hasn't had them for some time), but I figured if I was going to bring in one thing I may as well go the whole hog as I am refurbing a Tama kit and it's cymbals are in a sorry state.

If the guy inquiring about the whole kit had his foot in the door before me, then so be it as I trust that we are working on a first come first served basis.

HOw about posting US prices, or what the exchange would be. Most of us are US and have no idea how it coverts.

That's the problem...neither do I...I've given the prices in Canadian because that's what I'm asking...when I buy a piece of gear in the U.S. I go to the bank and get a U.S. money order and send it...I'm not sure if I'm missing something here?

Are the Canadian exchange rates, as well as foreign currency money orders not available in the States? Just asking...:)

I was hoping most of this stuff would go locally anyway, to avoid all of this, but am willing to ship if necessary, it's just that I don't know from day to day what the exchange rate will be, it's fluctuated rapidly over the last few weeks...If I get Canadian currency (money order, etc.) then I don't have to worry about this, neither do you, plus I don't have to pay a 3% charge to my bank to convert to Canadian $ (they "charge" to buy the currency)...my price is already low enough (to me anyway).

I'm not set up for all this, just a guy selling some good gear at a good prices...
