Finally finished my studio and made the first recordings. Here is a mixed track of a friend(The Colourful Contender - David Muir). Tell me what you think (constructive criticism welcome).

Thanks ksounds. I'll tell my mateSounds awesome! Like the vocal harmonies!
Yeah a nice short acoustic song. Go to http://www.myspace.com/bombshed to hear that song and two others, of my band from 5-7 years ago(when i we were just kids, 13-16), re-recorded a couple of days ago and mixed today. I think there will be more to complain about with them. As always, constructive criticism(of the recording quality, not the songs themselves, 'cause i know they're pretty shit) is welcomed.I thought it was nice - I wanted to hear the vocals a little louder, because I couldn't quite understand the words, but thought I would be able to if they were a little louder.
The progress bar on my browser malfunctioned (finished a little while before the song did), so I couldn't tell when it was going to be over. Because of all the arrangement I've heard with extended acoustic intros, I was thinking this song was an intro (I was waiting for drums and electric guitar/bass to start up at the end), but it was kind of refreshing when I realized that I had heard the whole song.
There ya go. I meant to do that anyway. Dunno why i didn't.Hi, Panda.
Would be nice to have the download option (first song). I don´t have web connection on my control room, and listen on my tinny pc speakers is ...

What song? All? I know what you mean. The vocals and harmonies are unintelligible and kind of annoying. Maybe bring the main vocals up some and drop the harmonies so they're more subtle.
Good recording though. Everything sound pretty clean.
I only heard "The Colorful Contender".What song? .
