Strip vocals from mp3?

Is there a way to strip/remove vocals from an mp3 in sonar? How?

you can try this plugin:

But beware, you will NEVER get a superb result with this plugin, but some of it can be removed.

If the vocals are dry, panned dead center it can be removed, but you will also remove everything else in the center, usually bass, kickdrum, snare etc. not good.

If you are trying to make the perfect remix you need to have access to the original tracks or an instrumental version..
