Hi. I recently bought an M-Audio Keystation 88ES and since I started to use it I've had funny strange things happening with my Hard Drives!?
It started with my computer getting really slow then each time I booted my computer the automatic disk checker would kick in and would come up with loads of unreadable errors and lots of files were getting deleted!? Then after loading I couldn't access Drive D: because I got disk not formatted error!
At this point I had to send the Keystation 88 back because one of the keys was faulty! I re-formatted drive D: and used my Roland RD700 through the midi inputs on my Echo Layla 3G. All was working perfectly!
I got the Keystation back 2 days ago and as soon as I booted my computer I got the disk checking thing kick in! Again there were lots of unreadable files that were deleted from harddrive C: and D: and harddrive D: was unreadable!?
The next time I loaded my computer I got :-
"Windows could not start because the following file is missingor corrupt" !
What is going on!? Is this the Keystation 88 causing the problems? I had a Roland A33 before which I was using through my Layla 3G for 18 months without a glitch!
Please could you help me with this problem.
