Resonator...when you create a seperate folder for each song do you also create subfolders under the song folder (ex. one for audiofiles, project files, video files, etc., I think this is what the 'Cakewalk Power' book recommends to do but I'm not sure....)

Well, I don't. But if things get to extensive it might be a good idea. Usually I name the files in a convenient way, and also the extensions help me to arrange the files.
