I recorded this about a year and a half ago using a Yamaha EX5 keyboard and recording with Cool Edit Pro 1.2 .

this is definitely a peaceful song.
i like the piano sound. it fits the song perfectly imo. i generally don't like synth pianos but this one was right on for some reason. now don't go tellin' me that it's a real piano, i'm having trouble telling the difference these days.
the percussion felt a little dry in the mix though. everything else had this real lush quality in comparison. maybe put some reverb on the perc to get it to sit better with everything.

very dynamic and moving piece, and well recorded too....wasnt expecting an instrumental from a man of such beautiful lyrics....

very nice. I loved it. The left hand was very David Lanz like. I didn't care for the percussion. You did a great job on the pad sounds. Many times people have a hard time getting pads to work right. Yours does.

It is a synth on the piano part, your ears are holding true. Your right about the perc being dry. I noticed it back when I had finished it. Others probably heard it as well but you were the first to mention it. Good job. Thanks.

sounds good George, I agree on percussion the part fits but the sound is a little dry ...
