With approximately $1000, I can buy a Novtion A Station and a Korg MS2000R with their price tag or get one of the more expensive synths from Novation, Nord, or Waldorf. What do I do?? I need something with high tweakabilty, good sounds, and the best one for creating heavy bass lines. HELP !!

I own the A Station and have done a ton of research on basically the same type synths as what you are after, the ones I love/crave. Personally I think that you should get the A Station and the MS2000R, which I've played with and it's phatttt. I love what I've heard from Nord, Waldorf, and other Novation synths, I just think that two is better than one. Although the Xt does have 44 freakin knobs.....

how many parts do you recon you'll need, cause that's essential... ? you'll get 3 parts max with those two synths and that's not enough for -say- a guy like me...
