Staff view quesiton

I have a composed blues piece on sonar and have it looking nice on staff view however there aret two problems: 1. how can i get each measure to be the same width regardless of its contents and 2. how can i get there to be 4 measures per line

Seriously, the notation features in SONAR are pretty limited

K...i wont be buying that because i may use it like once ever again...but thanks for informing that i cant before i spend another three hours fiddling with it
